　　On November 5th, Jun Xinyang, the secretary of the Hedong District Committee, visited and guided the work of Shanghai Lublan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and held a symposium. Meng Linggui introduced the future work ideas of the Hedong District's Shanghai-based mobile party committee, including "improving the system, strengthening learning, organizing activities, and assisting in attracting investment, talent, and wisdom," as well as the recent development of Shanghai Lublan Technology.
