　　First, we must achieve innovation in ideology and concepts, be good at accepting new things, be good at changing ourselves, and not view development issues with outdated ideas.

　　Second, we must strengthen the construction of our talent team. Team leaders must have excellent organizational and execution abilities. They must learn to make overall plans, learn to leverage the energy of their subordinates, not cover up strategic laziness with tactical diligence, and constantly surprise and energize the team.

　　Third, we must continuously learn, be good at thinking, and be good at doing projects. By formulating plans, clarifying goals, clarifying processes, and clarifying responsibilities, we can improve work efficiency and reduce unnecessary cost expenditures.

　　Fourth, we must learn to suffer losses. Seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages is human nature. If you suffer a little loss and let others benefit, others will be moved and will be willing to cooperate with you, help and support you, and make your business prosperous.

　　Fifth, we must attach importance to performance appraisal. 　　First, China's economic growth has many positive factors. In 2018, a new round of opening up and the active promotion of the "Belt and Road" initiative will stabilize and stimulate China's external demand; China's employment scale continues to expand, and the surveyed unemployment rate remains at its lowest level since 2013, which will play a key role in social stability and residents' income growth; social stability, steady growth in residents' income, stable consumer expectations, rapid development of new consumer formats, and continuous improvement in consumption quality; China's economy will continue to maintain steady progress and enter a stage of high-quality development, with an estimated annual growth of around 6.8%, and there are still many favorable conditions supporting steady economic operation. With national stability and prosperity, enterprises can move forward in strides. Under the favorable background of the national economic situation, Huaye Group will surely be able to create even more remarkable achievements.

　　Second, the macroeconomic situation is improving, the Dongcheng New District is rising, and the prospects for Huaye Real Estate are promising. From a macroeconomic perspective, China's current urbanization rate is 54.8%, and there is still a long way to go to reach the urbanization rate target of 70% by 2030. The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization will inevitably lead to a continuous increase in new housing demand and improvement demand. At the National Conference on Housing and Urban-Rural Construction held last year, Minister Wang Menghui of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development proposed that China should meet the needs of first-time homebuyers and support improvement demand in 2018. From a macroeconomic analysis, the Chinese real estate industry will have a relatively long period of stable development. In addition, Linyi's existing pattern is the implementation and evolution of the urban spatial strategic development plan of "using the river as the axis, moving north and east". Today, the west bank of the Yi River is saturated, and the eastward strategy will become the main strategic approach to break the existing pattern dilemma and expand the urban pattern. The "central city's strategic spatial expansion to the east" strategy in the "Linyi City Overall Urban Plan (2011-2020)", the Hedong District's "five districts supporting one city" strategy, and the "135" overall development goals all indicate that the Dongcheng New District will undertake the main role in the development of "Greater Linyi", which will inevitably bring broad development space for real estate development.

　　Third, leveraging advantages for improvement, innovation in intelligent manufacturing, and a national-level surface technology science and technology industrial park are imminent. Surface treatment is one of the basic processes in manufacturing and is an indispensable part of traditional and modern industrial systems. From small screws to large cars, ships, airplanes, and aerospace, surface treatment is indispensable. Since 2017, the country has launched an unprecedented concentrated environmental protection rectification campaign, which has had a significant impact on the entire surface treatment industry, either shutting down or ordering rectification, which is quite damaging. However, the surface treatment industry is an indispensable basic industry, which will inevitably force it to innovate in intelligent manufacturing. Judging from the enterprises engaged in surface treatment in the entire Linyi area, there are two companies operating in the form of industrial parks, among which Xinhai Technology was established the earliest and is the largest in Shandong, occupying the advantage of early resources. On January 20 this year, Huaye Group reached a strategic cooperation agreement with the School of Materials Science and Engineering and the School of Environment of Harbin Institute of Technology. It will leverage its nationally leading professional technology and advanced theoretical experience to seize the opportunity to build and relocate a surface treatment industrial park covering an area of 600 mu and a construction area of 300,000 square meters, focusing on building a smart national-level surface technology science and technology industrial park centered on big data, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing. This project, as an important platform for government investment attraction, will focus on building a national benchmark for the environmental protection industry and raise the group's environmental protection business segment to a new level.

　　Fourth, the market is vast, full industrial chain operation, and the ecological agriculture business has great potential. At the national level, the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Integrated Development of Rural Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Industries" and the 19th National Congress report on "accelerating the development of green ecological agriculture" have laid the foundation for deeply tapping the multiple functions of agriculture and cultivating and developing new rural industries and formats. From the perspective of market demand, although China is the largest tea-producing country, per capita tea consumption is less than half that of Western developed countries, and the domestic demand potential is huge; tea brands in Shandong are scattered and disordered, lacking high-end green tea and black tea brands, and the brand prospects are relatively broad. At the beginning of the ecological agriculture plan, Huaye Group focused on the long term, high-level positioning, and overall layout, reaching strategic cooperation agreements with Fujian Zhengshantang Tea Industry and Shandong Agricultural University. Based on their advanced tea-making experience and pest and disease biological control technology, it uses the "Wanqing" green tea and "Qiru Hong" black tea brands as the core to build "Shandong Good Tea" and "Northern Tea Model", simultaneously following up on the construction of organic tea bases and factory areas, and expanding ecological farming and tea tourism projects, strategically creating a combined planting and breeding three-dimensional ecological agriculture circle and a Jiangbei tea tourism and culture integrated development demonstration base.

　　To meet the growing office needs of the group and showcase a more comprehensive, diversified, and modern image of Huaye Group, two 11-story Huaye Group headquarters buildings are planned in the Dongcheng Future CBD area at the intersection of Beijing East Road and Dongxing Road in Hedong District. The buildings will be designed as green, technological, and culturally rich headquarters buildings integrating office, living, culture, education, and entertainment, striving to create a high-end, modern, and warm and comfortable office environment for everyone and striving to become a new landmark building in Hedong District. Currently, the relevant planning and construction work is steadily progressing.
