　　Under the strategic guidance of Linyi City's initiative to "build a major rear base for the transfer of industries from the Yangtze River Delta," Shandong Huaye Lublan Surface Technology Ecological Demonstration Park, a major technological transformation project in Shandong Province and a key project for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Linyi City, actively integrates and precisely connects with a large number of high-quality enterprise transfer projects from the Yangtze River Delta gradually settling in the park, achieving remarkable results in investment attraction.

　　From March 26th to 27th, another batch of high-quality enterprises from the Yangtze River Delta came to conduct investigations and negotiations. Tian Manliang, general manager of the ninth workshop of Changshu No. 5 Electroplating Factory; Kong Lang, general manager of Jiangyin Lihuan Alloy Co., Ltd.; Xie Huafei, general manager of Changzhou Yikai Technology Co., Ltd.; Li Dao, manager of Suzhou Younai Metal Materials Technology Co., Ltd.; and Zhou Jianya, executive director and general manager of Suzhou Zhongyanda Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., conducted a two-day investigation of the park, gaining a detailed understanding of the park's planning and construction, environmental protection technology innovation, supporting service system, production workshops, and entry procedures. They also held talks and exchanges on matters related to entry and cooperation. They expressed their intention to introduce more surface treatment enterprises to the park while establishing their own production bases.

　　Currently, Shandong Huaye Lublan Surface Technology Ecological Demonstration Park, with its complete industrial structure in the region, strong technological innovation capabilities, and perfect supporting facilities and service systems, has become the preferred location for the transfer of surface treatment industries from the Yangtze River Delta region.

　　Since last year, Linyi City has proposed the strategy of "fully integrating into the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta." 　　Linyi City is a regional central city in Shandong Province, a national highway hub city, one of the 50 national railway hub cities, a national logistics hub city for commercial and trade services, and a national comprehensive transportation service demonstration city. It has convenient transportation, a developed modern logistics industry, more than 2,000 logistics lines covering all county-level and above cities nationwide, and can achieve same-day or next-day delivery within 600 kilometers.

　　The park has built its own intelligent logistics system, using Beidou positioning, 5G, and big data technologies to actively explore the construction of a new model of logistics chain system matching the park. It has established strategic partnerships with multiple logistics companies to achieve vehicle positioning, tracking and dispatching, and transportation management, meeting the development needs of enterprises entering the park from various aspects such as global sea, air, rail, and land transportation.

　　The park accurately analyzes the needs of upstream and downstream enterprises in the surface treatment industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and, relying on the intelligent logistics system, prepares to build its own "logistics line from the Yangtze River Delta region to Linyi." 　　Shandong Huaye Lublan Surface Technology Ecological Demonstration Park covers a total area of 523 mu (approximately 348,667 square meters). It will be developed and constructed in three phases, with a total of 350 intelligent surface treatment production lines, involving 44 types of surface treatment processes and covering high-end manufacturing and hardware manufacturing supporting surface treatment in military, aerospace, high-speed rail, heavy industry, optoelectronics, and IT electronics industries. The total investment in the park is 2.5 billion yuan. After the completion and commissioning, the annual output value can reach approximately 6 billion yuan, and the tax revenue can reach approximately 150 million yuan.

　　The park has built a wastewater treatment center with a water treatment standard of Class IV surface water, an underground comprehensive pipe gallery system, a sponge city system, and a 130,000-square-meter photovoltaic power generation project. At the same time, relying on the construction of a smart park, the park incorporates its service system into the overall consideration of the development pattern of Linyi Smart Hardware Industrial Park. With an eight-dimensional service system and nine safety production measures, it builds a small and medium-sized enterprise incubator to achieve stable operations and sustainable income for enterprises entering the park.
