On March 3, Wang Ande, Secretary of the Linyi Municipal Party Committee, visited and guided the Shandong Huaye Lublan Surface Technology Ecological Demonstration Park. Accompanying the visit were Fan Lian Sheng, Standing Committee Member and Secretary-General of the Linyi Municipal Party Committee; Liu Xianjun, Deputy Mayor; Yao Shuhua, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission; Juan Xinyang, Secretary of the Hedong District Committee; and Yao Yunming, Deputy Secretary and District Head of the Hedong District. Zhang Lujun, Executive President of Huaye Group, and Pu Jiantang, General Manager of Shandong Lublan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., gave reports on the relevant situations.
At the Lublan Technology exhibition hall, Wang Ande learned about advanced surface treatment technologies and the advantages of the advanced surface technology park compared to traditional parks. He listened to a briefing on Lublan Technology's cooperation in production, education, and research; the introduction of high-end talent; and technological innovation. He inquired in detail about the key technology of micro-crack chrome plating and expressed high praise for its research and development and application.
In front of the park sand table, Wang Ande listened to a briefing on the construction of the park's factory buildings, research and development center, and underground integrated pipe gallery. He focused on understanding the leading advantages of the wastewater treatment center in wastewater treatment and gave high recognition to its ability to achieve surface water treatment standards of Class IV and 100% resource recycling.
Wang Ande also inquired about the relocation of the old park and expressed great expectations for the commissioning and operation of the Shandong Huaye Lublan Surface Technology Ecological Demonstration Park. He stated that the Shandong Huaye Lublan Surface Technology Ecological Demonstration Park is a typical case of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Linyi City, truly achieving an upgrade and leap from 'old' to 'new' and truly stimulating new kinetic energy. He encouraged the Shandong Huaye Lublan Surface Technology Ecological Demonstration Park to continue strengthening environmental protection technology support, gathering new kinetic energy for regional manufacturing development, and playing a greater role in promoting the development of green industry and the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Linyi City.
The main responsible comrades of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, the Municipal Commerce Bureau, the International Ecological City Construction Command, and the International Ecological City Group participated in the above-mentioned investigation.
