On the afternoon of May 20th, the preliminary round of Huaye Group's "Growing with Huaye" speech contest was successfully held in the meeting room of Lushang Center.
The speech contest, themed "Growing with Huaye," aimed to promote corporate culture, showcase the talents of Huaye employees, broaden platforms for employee learning and communication, and further inspire employees' dedication and commitment to Huaye. After preliminary publicity and selection from various business units, subsidiaries, and group functional departments, more than 40 contestants participated in the preliminary round. The preliminary round followed the principles of fairness and impartiality, with five on-site judges averaging their scores to determine the contestants' final scores.
The competition proceeded in a tense and enthusiastic atmosphere. Contestants, focusing on the theme and relating it to their respective positions, profoundly elaborated on their personal growth stories alongside Huaye's development. They showcased positive professional attitudes and persistent career journeys, offering a glimpse into Huaye Group's growth and highlighting the practical entrepreneurial spirit, meticulous innovation, and dedicated work ethic of Huaye's employees.
The preliminary round selected seven individuals to advance to the finals: Kang Jun from the Tea Company, Fan Xiaotong from the Real Estate Division, Wang Weijuan from Huaye Property, Xu Xiaoxue from the Group's Public Relations Department, Zhao Yun from the Group's Board Office, Wang Lulu from the Group's Administrative Management Department, and Liu Shiyu from Huaye Real Estate.
This competition, serving as a vehicle for the dissemination of the Group's corporate culture, provided more Huaye employees with a platform for self-improvement and growth, further stimulating their enthusiasm for working and career advancement, and resonating with the theme of "Growing with Huaye".
